This place was absolutely disgusting. The doors had no locks. We asked to switch from the first room because of how dirty it was and because the door did not lock, only to be placed in another room that smelled awful, was also dirty, and had a door that did not lock. We went back to the front office, and the front desk clerk told us that all the rooms are like this and that we might as well find a new hotel and go through Expedia for a refund—after he threw the key card down on the counter when we came back a second time asking if there was possibly a better room that was clean and had an actual lock on the door. So we did find another place to stay. Truly a terrible, disgusting place with an equally unpleasant front office staff member.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Customer service is terrible. Front desk staff need to be trained on how to speak to people. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were charged for 3 rooms for 2 nights AND a no show fee for an additional room. Front desk clerk blamed expedia. Expedia tried to call front desk does not answer the phones. While in the lobby another person came in because they too were charged for more than the room they reserved. This place should be permanently closed.

The air conditioning works but the place is a little run down. But for the price you can’t ask for much. The pool is forgotten but it’s in a good spot for sure.

It was clean for the most part, the staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms was missing a few things like some a microwave and some remote or hanging rack but you get your moneys worth. It was almost right next door to island, it was awesome to be able to walk to to a lot of places instead of drive

No phone in the room, had to obtain towels and other linens from front desk, tub was patched in multiple places and water spigot was about to fall off the wall of the tub. The lock on the door to the outside would not work at all. It is a dirty hotel and isn't safe at all.

I didnt know there was internet. It was just a basic room and clean enough but got very good rates so amazing for the cheap rates we got. Shops nearby are easily accessible walking.

Avoid at all costs—unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional If you're looking for a place to sleep in Pigeon Forge, keep driving. Sleep in your car or just go home—anywhere is better than here. The photos online are a complete fabrication; the property and the room look nothing like the advertised images. Check-in was an absolute joke. The front desk clerk didn't greet me, was incredibly rude, and actually took a personal call to chat with a friend right in the middle of checking me in. When my key inevitably didn’t work, he acted like he’d never seen me before. The room itself was a disaster: Safety: The window was plexiglass with an 8-foot crack wide enough to stick a finger through. Cleanliness: Hot, humid, covered in spiderwebs, and littered with dead stink bugs. Noise: Intense street noise, creaking/metallic sounds coming from the walls and ceiling. We only stayed because we were exhausted, but we had to blast YouTube white noise just to drown out the sounds of the dripping tub and the "ghosts" in the walls. Never again. Do not book here. This place needs to be torn down immediately.

Well first of all the place was not very clean no internet in the rooms no towels I mean really they can do better I will not recommend this place the staff was friendly but that’s all I was asking for a refund and she had to make a call to her boss to see if I could get a refund well another staff member came in and she told him that we were asking for our refund well they kept 35.00 for a night but we supposed to get the rest on our card but…. We havent received it yet u can not get ahold of them at all do not stay there I’m sorry the place is a mess

Elevator was broken, old furniture thrown out back,housekeeping did not clean our room or bring fresh linens or towels our whole stay,toilet leaked,light broken. Not the best experience we've had. Hopefully things get better in the future.
