Peaceful place in the middle of busy area. Great front desk agent Sydney. She has all bases covered. Rooms were comfortable and well taken care of. Parking was easy. Indoor pool kept the kids entertained. Try this place, you’ll love it.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful! So convenient to all the attractions! We also loved that you can get an adult libation in their bar after the day out. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! We certainly will be back to Pigeon Forge!

This was our 3rd time staying here...Last time was 2 years ago. Good location. Very convenient to everything. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs were crumbly...couldn't tell if it was real eggs. Couldn't stand to eat them. Really only problem was hotel now charges $15 a day for parking...didn't know this before booking room.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Spotless. Exceptionally clean. Well decorated. Easy and plenty of parking. Excellent view of the parkway from the balcony. My only complaint, the pillows were flat and the bed was lumpy. I woke up with a terrible crick in my neck.

Sisters met for a weekend. Shower had no pressure. They were going to charge us 30.00 for parking but since we were IHG members, waived it. The carpeting in the room was very dirty. Found a pill in the corner of the room appeared to have dust on it. Beds were clean.

Easy access to the pool amd fitness center, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and there is a cute little walkway that takes u over the creek and is a short walk to the island. Way easier then parking and fun and good for the kids.
