「My Front Desk Clerk was exceptional!!! The Bistro Bartenders as well!! Also the table and dresser in my room had coffee stains and felt sticky. I found it disappointing that the food options were so limited. It seemed that the hotel only cared about catering to NYE events and not the guests. The only dinner option was to purchase a NYE party ticket for the rooftop event and the only breakfast option was a NY buffet. If felt as if the offerings were money motivated vs. guest considerations. 」
