"The hotel is located in Little India and looks like a traditional, unique building, which was quite interesting. The cleanliness was okay—not filthy, but not great either. The room was a bit small with little space to place belongings. On the first day, I went for breakfast around 9:00 AM, and there was almost nothing left, with empty dishes not being refilled. On the second day, there were many ants crawling on the breakfast plates. The breakfast definitely needs improvement. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly."

"From the moment we checked in, the vibes were excellent, the people were very friendly and caring, and the water filter in each room that gives you unlimited drinking water without calling anyone is such a big plus! Location wise it's perfect, super close to the new and posh area of Penang full of good food. Would stay again!"

"Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!"

"早餐十分有特色，包含各地風格，任客戶選擇。質素也很好，無論是地度的椰漿飯或印度特色的咖哩也十分美味。餐廳職員十分有禮貌，還主動為我們拍照。酒店職員也十分專業，我們零晨才到酒店，職員主動在門口等待我們，只需幾分鐘的手續，我們便能進入房間休息，十分快捷。房間打掃及執拾也十分有效率，食完早餐後便已執拾好房間。離開店酒後也主動搬運行李到大店讓我們拿取。因此服務態度很好。"
