「The hotel, food, beach, activities, and location are good; however, the service could be improved. Some of the hotel staff are rude and unfriendly; only a small group were kind, but the vast majority don't know how to deal with the public, and the wait times at the restaurants are very long.」

「The room and grounds are beautiful, even better than pictured. However the beach front was more like shore front. Which was a little disappointing, but their sister property, The Sands, had an excellent beach and they provided shuttle transportation. I had a wonderful stay and recommend you try it out.」

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」
