"Friendly staff at the front desk for check in, and the cookies were a nice touch! Our room is clean, with a nice big tv, plenty of outlets and nice and bright! I hate a dim room. The bathroom is clean, love the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and love how bright it is. The beds are comfortable. Our room on the 3rd floor is quiet. My son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk was able to supply a replacement for him. We will likely stay here again as we will have to come into town for medical appointments and it’s close enough to MUSC without the hefty pricetag that goes with being in Charleston. "

"The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. I told the front desk and they offered to send someone up to fix it. I told them not to worry as we were only staying one night. Breakfast was okay. "
