「Let me start with the positive…. The price and the pool, that’s it. Hotel is not clean. The floors are laminate and incredibly dirty, wear your shoes. In hope you don’t plan on using the grill…an extra $20 per use. They are very nitpicky with their towels. You have to give them dirty ones before you get clean ones. There’s a sink, fridge, and microwave, but no soap or sponge to wash dishes. The plate inside the microwave is too big so it doesn’t rotate. The pool is nice, but closes at 8…seemed...

「The only thing missed was the swimmig pool. Always a nice refreshing part of the trip. Otherwise, we love the PVC Roundhouse. We have been going for many years to stary at you facility. Staff great, very clean cabins and spacious. Love the Kitchen (always bring food to cook breakfast, etc.). Really nice to have a place to washs clothes, if necessary. All around fantastic facility to stay at year after year! We go for wonderful walks and enjoy a round or two of golf at the Pinetop Lakes...

「The location was great. But the property seems to be where some people live long term. The unit was spacious, but there was what I can only presume was dog hair all over the floor. I also did not like that an envelope was left on the door with my door code and name, because there is no actual person available to check you in on site. Traveling alone, that didn't make me feel safe. But the bed was cozy.」

「Best hotel in the white mountains! You can feel the personal touches that went into planning this place. The gym is perfect, they even have the music volume on the wall. Ice machines on every floor, very well thought out rooms, and the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The tiny chocolate milk cartons really took me back to childhood. Staff was super nice. Hot tub and pool area was great. The restaurant has amazing pizza. I really hope this hotel keeps doing exactly what they’re doing...
