"The room, pool and amenities were solid. Certain staff members were very nice while others didn't speak any English and were rude. The food and drinks are grossly overpriced, and they put a 20% gratuity on every check so please ask for itemized receipts."

"This is a very hip hotel with very tiny rooms - only for 2 people at most. We enjoyed the kitschy decor and the room was clean and everything was controlled by an ipad which my kid enjoyed. Problem is I took a really bad fall on the rooftop pool and ended up at ER and Urgent care where it was determined I had a fractured rib and deep bruising. The area around the pool is very dangerous and slick. I called the hotel to tell them what happened and was told I needed to email the management and inform the. I emailed them and they have not answered after a week, which basically tells me all I need to know about how much they don't care. It's really too bad but I feel like the slick surface is that way to fit the aesthetic of the hotels "theme" without any regard to the safety of their guests. It's a shame"

"Glad our stay there was for only one night. Tiny bathroom. Forget two people getting ready in there. The whole property needs a big refresh. The bed was comfortable. Looks really old. "
