“Lovely studio exceptionally clean and quiet. The entrance is through a gate on the right of the main house and then through a longer pathway to the studios. If the owner wouldn’t have been present to greet me, I wouldn’t have known how to get in the studio through the side gate. That would’ve been confusing for me. It’s a very large property and we felt very safe. There is only street parking available. Their communication was excellent.”

“I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! ”

“To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.”

“Chose this property due to the distance to our venue as well as the distance to our family staying at a nearby location. Also the pool looked lovely in the pictures. None of the check-in details were on VRBO. I had to reach out to the property manager. The pictures make it seem much larger than it is. The bunk beds were fine but the "bed" in the sunroom could fit a young child. But it's a sunroom. No one would be able to sleep in there with how bright it gets. The place was clean but the……
