The location is great. 20 minute walk from Pisa Centrale station and 5 minutes from the tower. My single room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Bedroom and bathroom both spotlessly clean. Hosts were friendly in spite of me speaking only a little Italian

Location is excellent! 5 minutes walk to Leaning tower of Pisa, a lot of very good osteria/ restaurants nearby and the staff/ owners are very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations. I could have given 5 stars but the room gets so hot even in the middle of the night despite of the AC. Try FILTERS cafe at the ground floor.
