"This hotel is in a great location for easy access to the Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens, Uffizi Galleries, Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and much more. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they were also helpful when I unexpectedly needed a sewing kit. The hotel is beautiful and their morning breakfast was delicious and set in a gorgeous room with a lovely mural across the ceiling. The rooftop bar was a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Florence."
"Overall it a great visit, Ciara who worked at the front desk really made a huge difference to us in extending our room to be the same one. We were tired and we really didn't want to change rooms.
