“Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub. ”

Alma was so helpful answering questions before they arrived and during their stay — much appreciated. Weather was unusually hot and house isn’t insulated well so it was extremely hot inside till all windows were opened to let in night air. Curb appeal would benefit from pulling weeds, adding new plants, flowers, etc.”

“What a wonderful experience, the Jaz itself is about as nice as a houseboat can get, and Sandra was an amazing host, she even decorated the place for our anniversary as a surprise. This is the type of rental that gives Air b&b/vrbo a good name. ”

“A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. The on-site caretaker was very welcoming, and I felt safe traveling by myself. It would be a great spot to bring a croquet set and enjoy a game on the lawn. The little Putting green was fun and the fire pit……
