"We have stayed at several Drury hotels across the US, and this one maintains the high standards of the chain. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast/evening snacks. Loved the downtown location - very convenient to walk in the area - and a beautiful hotel building. Highly recommend!"

"The room was spacious and clean but there were very few towels in the bathroom, and the bath gel was almost empty. I received a text from the hotel greeting me and asking me if i needed anything. I texted a request for the room to be freshened up and for additional towels/bath gel to be provided. When I returned to the room, additional towels and a bottle of bath gel were had been left on the table right at the entrance to the room; the housekeeper barely set foot inside. The bath gel bottle needed to be placed on a locked rack in the shower, but it was not. And the rest of the room remained untouched. I found this odd."

"Loved this gem of a hotel! The location is fantastic. Very walkable in a great area of Pittsburgh! The rooms are quite small, but perfect for two of us. Only thing to note - valet parking is not optional. There was no one there when we pulled up and went to park our car, and had a lady coming running over yelling at us to not get out of the car and pull it back around so she could park it. Not the most welcoming arrival - but our mistake, and overall, still a great stay! Highly recommend!"
