Great location to jump into downtown, the Strip, Squirrel Hill, and the rest that Steel Town has to offer. We enjoyed the industrial feel of the loft and how easy it was to get around. Safe and secure access to the building and all the amenities you need.

They claimed I got a check in instructions. I used the vrbo app and there was nowhere other than itinerary that had the actual unit number. I checked my email etc and there was zero information on the unit number. I got a code when messaging the owner, but nowhere in the correspondence was a room number ever given. I had 3 kids and 3 adults and we ended up driving an hour and a half at 1 am back to our home town. On my sons birthday. The reply I got was from the owner was “it was in the check in information” that like I said I never received. How is that the only place where the room number was published. Not in the itinerary, the original booking emails or anything else. This is unacceptable and I feel like I should get a refund. Haopy birthday to alex, other than this nightmare he had a stellar bday

We booked for a quick visit to the University of Pittsburgh with our daughter. The apartment was spotless and we all felt very comfortable staying there. We were only a few blocks from Pitt. We did take advantage of the parking garage which was basically across the street. Hoping to stay here again since we will be in town often for the next few years.

Nice location. Host helpful. We could stay the first night and would have appreciated our money back for that night but host would not reimburse….felt some flexibility there as it was a health reason would have been nice. Couch has some cereal pieces in it and all around on the rug so had to ask for the cleaning person to come back…which they did the next day…overal served our needs and unique concept a exposed ceilings and concrete floors…HVAC is a bit moody as it’s either too humid or blasts out cold air right into the couch so hard to sleep on the couch…foos ball table is a nice touch…bathroom does not have a bathtub if one wants to relax and soak after a long day…we would stay again becoz of the location and the street parking is usually available. But make sure your dates are what you need as this host is not flexible w returning money if a certain date isn’t needed and one cannot help the late change. There is a gym in the bldg which is a nice amenity. Wifi as great too so no issues w working from the unit.

We stayed while moving our daughter into U of Pittsburgh, and the condo is really cool being a converted industrial space. The space is large with a complete kitchen and furnishings. The bedrooms have queen beds, so my wife and I did sleep in separate rooms given we're used to a king bed. While it's situated on a small, almost alley-like street, we parked on the street and weren't worried for safety. Within 3 blocks are BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes dealerships - the area is nice. A paid garage parking option was available, but we opted to park on the street. We only had 1 incident regarding a smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. When the owner realized the next day it hadn't been resolved properly, he personally came over and took care of it at 900pm. His attention to service was outstanding. Other than that one night, we really enjoyed the place!
