「When we first arrived to our room just before 10pm, the air conditioning wasn't working. We discovered it had ice on it. We called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance worker. He immediately said that the air conditioning had been turned below 67 degrees and needed to be unfrozen. To be clear, this was the situation immediately when we walked into the room. The worker told me he could unfreeze it by using the room's hair dryer or using a "heat gun" that he could get. We opted for this...
