“Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most……

“Excellent stay. Staff was attentive and accommodating with all our requests. The only thing that I would suggest is that they should add to the description of the RIAD that it is a 5 minute walk from the vehicle drop off point to the door of the RIAD. This would help with expectations of guests, especially for senior citizens. ”

“The staff and the property could not have been better. Even before our trip, Maryam texted to welcome us and help us with transfers from the airport. During our stay, I and my two sons really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of all staff. We were able to organise taxis, get some great restaurant recommendations and arrange a tour up to the mountains. Breakfast every day was great, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, your choice of eggs and pancakes or something similar. The pool is……

“The hotel was great, quiet and a lovely location 5 mins walk from the Medina. Good selections of nearby restaurants. Room was amazing. Only thing hotel should maybe do is put more sun umbrellas up around the roof top pool area as the sun up there can be frighteningly strong.”

“The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved.”
