“Can't say enough good things about Alux! My friend and I visited Placencia for our Birthdays and were originally booked at other accomadations. We left the other place after one night and found Alux. What a gem! It is in the heart of the village. Everything is walkable, with lots of options for food, shopping and fun. “I had a delightful experience at Ocean Breeze! We were greeted with a lovely sign out front and the AC was running in our room. The front desk associate was gracious in accommodating our request for an early check in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. The room was meticulously, cleaned and appointed well with coffee cups and plates. Our room looked out toward the ocean and the pool was directly below. “Good location as a base to explore the peninsula, close to shopping, other beaches, diving. Private beach was a coconut's throw from the balcony to the caribbean. Awoke to striking sunrises and a stiff consistent breeze offset the warmer temperatures.”

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”
