Plantation Cheap Hotels

"We stayed in the room between 2 families with small kids and noises, screaming, crying was from 11pm till 1:30am until we reported front desk. There is no sound isolation and they should do better job to manage guests placement. In the morning one manager promised to move us. But then they lied about family with kids checking out and next 2 days we were through same fun because another manager didn't want to help or do anything at all. Definitely will choose different hotel next time. "

"We ask to bring a some stuff that we need for our suite, we have to call 4 times. They come 5 hours later. We have to go to a convenient store to buy thing, that the hotel has supposed to provide us. When they came, the order was incomplete. The place was over crowded, we have to wait for the elevator for 10 or 15 minutes. "

"We've been coming to this hotel for 17 years now...the remodeled rooms are nice, however, because there are no shower doors, it's SO hard to prevent water getting on the floor...I hope the hotel doesn't have to repair sooner because of this...everyday we needed a new bath mat & towels & to put down to make sure we got the least amount of water on floor... Could use more dresser space, and another mirror by balcony door...just hard to get 3-4 people ready w just that one mirror...(for the women in the room) Wish the microwaves would have stayed in the rooms...not sure about the reasoning behind this, but it's a bit of an inconvenience.... Other than that, wonderful stay! Thanks & see you next year!"
