“THE CHECK IN: We arrived at the Breeze in the evening at approximately 7:00, expecting to find instructions for self-check in. There were none, and nothing on site to help us access our room, or even know which room. Having no recourse, here we were with reservations paid in full in the chill of night. Then we saw another guest and asked him about how to check in or if he knew who might help. He made several attempts and was finally able to contact the motel owner. Nearly 2 hours later,……

“Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room……
