“We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.”

“We had the most wonderful stay here with three adults and two young children. The apartment is huge, very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the Marriot resort and use of those facilities was such a bonus and there were even beach and pool toys in the garage that we were able to use. Dolly was so warm and communicative. We're already discussing our plans to return next year!”

“Property is privately owned in a high end resort hotel. The unit is beautiful but certainly not up to the standards of the hotel as far as cleanliness. Mold, broken fixtures, stained carpet.. etc. Five days before the end of our two week stay we were told the owner sold the unit. The hotel expected us to pay them a daily rate on top of our paid reservation or leave. We were unable to reach the owner, but VRBO tried to intervene. Fortunately the hotel manager stepped in and we were able to stay……

“Unsure of why the property is marketed in this way. It had all the amenities of the hotel and is beautiful, The only downside is, there is only one other eating establishment (next door) in the vicinity besides those at the hotel.”

“We had an excellent week! The staff were just amazing-so kind and helpful. It’s the little things that make for happy vacationers! Such as staff setting up beach chairs and umbrellas, having excellent coffee in your room, small enough not to have to fight to get a pool side. The food was very good, but a tad expensive, especially for Canadians with the high exchange rate. I’d recommend having a lunch menu that is more reasonable. Our AC unit gave us some trouble intermittently. We……

“Stayed here for 3 nights during Mother’s Day weekend with my sister. Pros: convenient location with places to eat within a two minutes, able to walk across the street to the beach, clean and safe resort, friendly staff. Cons: bathroom was very small, shower only has half a glass wall allowing water to leak out all over the floor and then you’re left with soaking wet towels on the floor all day, housekeeping only comes if you request them before 12 PM on the day, the pillows are extremely……

“Loved the area as it was close to many dining options, great view from our room as we could see the Riverwalk. Room was very clean and spacious for 5 of us (stayed in the 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom), and the pool area was excellent with great views and lots of space. Will definitely be going back again! ”
