「Fun home with beautiful views. Centrally located for hiking, shopping, and food. Comfortable sleeping (talk to the owner for mobility issues) and fully stocked linens and kitchen. Very clean. We loved the game table and large screen TV. Thank you for a great home away from home!」

「This property had everything you'd need for a multiple day stay and was in a nice quiet neighborhood (except for a yapper dog a couple times/day). The outdoor space behind the house was a treat to sit outside in good weather. The parking accommodated my camper van easily. Working with Stacy was a breeze!」

「The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!」

「This is a lovely home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry. It is perfect for a family group. The host is very responsive and very helpful and kind.」

「The unit having a garage was such a plus. The place is also 1 block away from a Lvl 2 charger ( first 6 hrs free). Walking distance to lots of great places to eat. The toiletries available were a nice plus. Only two things to improve on. 1. A blind on the entryway door would be nice for safety. 2. The pillows could be a bit nicer. Way to soft. Overall, really great place to stay that is close to Boulder but in a quieter location. Would book again」

Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!!」
