“Es un muy buen lugar. El servicio en general es bueno, las habitaciones también. Precio justo por lo que se paga. ”

“Older hotel and basic rooms. Could use a facelift. Driveway in is dangerous to get in and out of.”

“Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too”

“Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,……

“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people.……

“1. There is no hot water. 2. During my stay, one of the days had no water at all. 3. You have to call an attendant to let you both in and out(meaning you are locked in). 4. No Wifi. 5. My lights also burned out during my stay aside from 1 in the bathroom. 6. the AC was really just a fan(no cooling). ”
