「Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. 「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. 「Lovely resort but old fashioned shabby apartment. Pity, it could be really good if the owners cared about the condition and standard of the property. Tatty hole when an integrated microwave used to be for example, dirty shelf base, needs a clean and replacing. The location and Lido is lovely but the property is not!」
