"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general. I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again."

"It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. If you are a vegan or vegetarian then be careful before choosing to stay here as options for veggie people are close to NONE !"
