"Host (Rafael) - 10/10 for communication and discreetness. Rafael lives in a dwelling under the main house. The only times we saw him were when he was cleaning the pool or we had questions. He speaks very good English.Accommodation - 10/10 for cleanliness. Private parking with security gates.Ground floor - Kitchen with all facilities, TV room with sofa and chairs (Spanish/German satellite TV programmes). There is a Firestick available for Netflix, Prime and YouTube (if you have a subscription). Excellent Wifi. Bathroom with a bath and shower. Large bedroom with two single beds and lots of wardrobe space. Small balcony (off the TV room) that is perfect for catching the sunrise.Upstairs - Open plan and very spacious with a double bed, bathroom with bath and shower. Seating area with sofa and chairs. Balcony that has fantastic views of the mountains and the sea.Outside area - 10/10. The gardens are tiered with 2 levels. Both levels are exclusively for guests. Fantastic sun trap. Mercadona, Aldi & Hipodino supermarkets are 10 minutes drive.Recommended - CICAR car hire at the airport. We will definitely return"

"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel. "

"My wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at a 5-bedroom villa in northern Tenerife. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat. Stylishly decorated rooms and outdoor spaces provided stunning views and relaxation. The layout worked well, with morning sun at the back and evening sun around the pool.The heated outdoor pool (20/day) was a highlight, warming up at about 3 degrees per day. It added a relaxing touch, and our little one loved playing in it, making it a special part of our routine. The villa’s location was peaceful and picturesque, with lovely walks and hills nearby, ideal for relaxation—not a spot for nightlife.Having a hire car is essential to explore the island’s beauty, particularly the National Parks in the North. The villa is conveniently located just 30 minutes from key destinations, with a supermarket 5-10 minutes away for all essentials.The hosts were exceptional, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home. Their attentiveness, including helping us order pizza on the first night, added to the charm. I would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful, memorable getaway in Tenerife. The combination of a stunning property and thoughtful hosts made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning someday!"
