“Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos. ”

“Perfectly located hotel in the centre of the port. Small and impeccably run ….,never disappoints. Returning is inevitable. Rooms are a nice size and the facilities are ideal for what our group required. Food is of a high standard too.”

“Perfect! I couldn’t have chosen better! 5 mins to the beach, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet options ( I had the half board), beautiful and spacious bedroom, nice shower, loved the pools… Front desk attendant also helped us buying the excursions, which was a big plus.. I would definitely return!”

“The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower. ”

"A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the beach promenade is pretty nice in the morning for a jog because the beach goers swamp in. Maybe It’s just me but I think other guests (mostly German) really enjoy their stay, because there is lots of space and two outdoor pool to hang out with your friends."
