  • Welcome to Condo Veranda located in the Veranto condos in downtown Playa del Carmen. This one-bedroom condominium features a king bed and a fully equipped bathroom. You will be able to enjoy the city view from your private terrace and high-speed internet. The living room also has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or an adult if needed.



    The Veranto condominium complex offers a spacious rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, lounge chairs, garden tables, bar and grill, and even an immersion pool. Additionally, in the common areas on the first level of the building, you will find a gym and a mezzanine with tables.



    This condominium is located a few blocks from the Mega supermarket, and from some shops and restaurants. Additionally, you are 10 minutes from the beach on foot.



    MONTHLY PRICE:

    - Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

    - We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Great experience every year.

We have used North American Standards Property Management for three consecutive years and they have been excellent to deal with. We rent a condo for three months every winter. Everyone we've dealt with at NASPlaya has been personable and seem eager to help. Our concierge Luis has been a great help with anything we've asked for. Response time to a couple of maintenance issues was timely and well done. I can highly recommend NASPlaya based on our experience with them.

Хорошее расположен, рядом все крупные супермаркеты. До пляжа 12 минут пешком. Есть капсульная кофемашина, стиральная и сушительная машина, надежный сейф. Очень безопасно, есть консьерж. Прекрасный спортивный зал.
