“Degelijk hotel”

“I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“Das Hotel wurde in einem tollen Boho-Stil renoviert und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, es wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist grandios, das Meer ist so nah und auch die Dünenlandschaft mit dem roten Berg im Hintergrund versprüht eine magische Wirkung. Da viele Sportler im Hotel zu Gast sind, ist die Atmosphäre sehr locker mit einem coolen Surf-Vibe. Das Essen im Hito 257 ist ein Muss,……

“Rooms not clean, locker not secure, rooms not cleaned just sheets changed with new visitors. Bathrooms were clean. ”

“To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this.……

“The kitchen was clean and well equipped ”

“A pleasant place, with friendly staff and good-quality food, that is let down by the truly desperate physical condition of some of the rooms. The grouting in the bathroom of the room we were initially given was black and ugly, and there were cracks where the sealant was coming away from the bath. We rejected it as unacceptable and were shown two further rooms that were far from pristine but not nearly as bad. How this place can be rated as five stars beats me. There are signs of underinvestment……

“Le personnel est sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. De même, les parties communes sont tout le temps propres et bien rangées. Je recommande et reviendrai certainement. ”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Petit hotel correct MAIS je le déconseille : Proximité immédiate d'une route circulée donc pas de sérénité en extérieurs. Restaurant se voulant écolo mais aux quantités lilliputiennes et cher . Peu de clients donc pas très gai”

“Nice Location, amazing staff, didn’t try the food, pool and gym were standard. Rooms were slightly dated but when it’s 20°+ all day who wants to sit inside?”

“our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! ”
