“The room was clean. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The check in process was fast as well as the check out. Really appreciate it. The bathroom amenities were more than enough. Towels were clean (like it). Water pressure and the shower was a little bit low (was in room 327). The laundry was good and clean (would be great if the hotel provided laundry bag. It was not available on My trip) Small notes on the swimming pool, found used mask leaved on the swimming pool chair / table (quite annoying)……

“체크인하러 4시에 도착했음에도 체크인하는데 30분이 더 걸렸고, 객실에는 타월 하나 구비돼 있지 않았다. 타월을 요청하여도 2시간이 넘게 갖다주지 않아서 재차 요청했더니, 그러고 30분에 가져다 주었다. 객실 청결상태도 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하는데 기분이 그리 좋지 않았다. 전체적으로 서비스 수준이 너무 앚은 호텔이었다.”

“They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop……

“已多次入住這酒店，想不到發現堂堂美國品牌酒店是拿旅客的毛巾洗刷馬桶，跟美國在中國設立的快餐食品供應一樣, 只管賺錢，死活由你。Has repeatedly stay at this hotel, find dignified American brand hotel is to take passengers towel wash toilet, same with the American set up snack food supply in China, like just to make money and never care the other countries people healthy.”

“Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok”

“Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale”

“雖然不是五星級的酒店 服務人員的態度很不錯、房間乾淨整齊， 雖沒有五星級酒店的設施、 但是對於短暫停留的旅客、是不錯的選擇! 蠻適合商務、洽商的旅客，簡單清靜的環境, 還不錯!”
