“The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.”

“it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”

“This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white……
