"Exceptional service from the concierge and reception staff. Stayed at many 5 star hotels, the level of service is another level in this hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. A big thank you to Konstantin, Paula, Lucas and Azahara. You made our trip to Madrid very special and memorable. Stunning design and decor in the common areas and the room. Very clean also . Excellent food. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it. "
