That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach."

"We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches."

"We were looking for a place with 4 rooms that weren't super crowded and had enough places to park and we came across this listing. It's a bit "Harry Potter" like, in a sense that it has corridors and rooms that connect up and down from different directions and It's very cool. I love that the living room area has a high ceiling and is open to the 2nd floor so you don't feel crowded at all even if everyone is in the same living room. Before getting there, google map said it would be a 15 minute walk from the cottage to the beach; however, we found that there is a path from the backyard that takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. Not recommended at night as the tide comes in and the ground is a bit wet but during the day, it's fine. It has a lot of big windows and doors that you can open so the air circulates well and isnt generally too hot even on a hot day but the rooms can get stuffy especially the two that don't have the AC installed. The cottage was well maintained and had all the amenities mentionned on the page, except the baby high chair that we couldn't locate but it wasnt the end of the world. The wifi provided was good, not spotty at all, and the water pressure from the shower was good as well. Overall, we had a really great time here and we were very happy to discover this new place. The beach is very nice too. It's not overcrowded with tourists like hampton beach so it was very relaxing. The sand is a bit gritty but nothing to fret about. "
