「This is a great place to stay and have a lot of space. We travelled for business and it was nice to have two bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) and working space. We had a few minor things in our room (window was left open, lamp that flickered, nothing crazy). Note that bedrooms don't have TVs (not a big deal for us, but I know some people can't sleep without one!) The virtual key worked well. 「The staff is wonderful everyone was very kind and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean I appreciate the eco friendly touches.
