10/10 Excellent

"Loved the spacious suite with attentive housekeeping…excellent location near rail yard and downtown. Daily breakfast was great way to start our mornings. Enjoyable and relaxing patio great for cocktails and snacks. Lacked for nothing (children may miss a pool in hot weather) but highly recommended and we will absolutely stay here again on a return trip!"

"Poor signage to indicate where elevator was located in lobby. Phone in room non-working. Outlets need updated. Lighting in room dim. Amenities lacking include a refrigerator (necessary for folks who have meds that need refrigeration). Toilet had issues where flushing took few tries and it’s very loud. Bathtub/shower hazardous as it’s slick and no safety measures. Cold water knob had major cracks in the tile. Overall, updating is needed. Appreciated the room size and comfortable beds."

"Great property within walking distance of the Plaza with is nice, but they also have a courtesy shuttle. Buffet breakfast is good and they also have breakfasts you can order off a menu at reasonable cost. Easy parking in front of our room. We’ve enjoyed staying at this location numerous times on our trips to Santa Fe."

"Good location although the street in front of the hotel was undergoing some new construction which made egree diffficult, Roooms ar rather small, not clened daily nor are the towels replaed daily. the bed was too soft and the pillows too flufy/cushy. Breakfast was very mediocre. Probably woulld not stay here again."
