“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. What stood out besides the obvious backdrop of the stunning sea and gorgeous private beach was hands down the entire staff. “Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.”

“It’s a lovely property and there are not a lot of options anywhere near as nice. The staff are all super friendly, competent and lovely.
Sardinia is surprisingly rigid about most things but this resort was so laid back and nice, while also very competent. I had a terrible flight situation and they were just fantastic helping me last minute. My friends at other (much more expensive but no where near as nice) hotels were so jealous! ”
