「Location is great, the room had black mold on the ceiling, shower door rubber stripping is falling off so the door doesn’t close properly. Housekeeping was soooo slow I had to ask for clean towels giving the housekeeper the dirty towels, also taking out our trash and putting new. Bags in. On the 3rd day I told the front desk and my room finally got cleaned, didn’t seem they really cared.」

「Very posh with a great suite, and amazing hot breakfast. The only thing we weren’t satisfied with was the fact that we had made a reservation for two rooms and ended up getting put on different floors completely when we wanted to be all together. Plus we asked for an extra blanket but they had run out so they gave us two sheets. Otherwise it was wonderful.」
