We changed 3 different rooms and none worked properly, yet we still got charged 500 for facilities that weren't provided. We initially paid an additional 500 baht for an extra guest bed. The first room's bathroom didn't flush, and the second room didn't electricity wasn't working when we returned back to the hotel from the dinner. No one was available to help at the front desk, but the security guard.
After complications, the guard gave us a new room, but no one was present to provide or move the guest bed we paid for. The third room we moved into also had a bathroom that didn't flush. When we asked for the 500 baht refund since we were not accommodated with the bed we paid for, the hotel refused with an excuse saying that we used the pillow.
I believe that this is not fair, and the situation was handled very poorly by the staff.
- In addition, the room selection of this hotel that "includes breakfast" actually did not come with breakfast as "our kitchen is closed due to covid."
