All refurbished and recently decorated, this villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, one of them with private bathroom. The second bathroom is available to all guests.

The kitchen, also renovated, offers all the convenience you need to prepare your meals. Here you will find facilities like oven, coffee machine and microwave. You also have a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The remaining areas are generous both in size and in natural light coming from the large windows distributed throughout the bedrooms and the living room.

The living room and dining room are designed in open space and have direct access to the inviting balcony of the accommodation.

The view from the accommodation extends to the horizon where the peaceful sea awaits you. Ponta do Sol beach is one of the most loved by the locals, despite being the typical pebble beach, it has a bay with calm and clean water. In the vicinity there is no lack of good options of local gastronomy, cafés and cultural activities.

One of the realities of this accommodation is precisely its rurality and the easy access to the walks and levadas of the area. Some of these are Levada Velha dos Canhas, Levada do Moinho and Cabo da Levada.

Despite being located in the countryside, just a few minutes drive or even in a short walk, you will find many services such as a mini market, petrol station and a variety of restaurants.
