Service not up to the ad and the rate paid

The ad doesn’t correspond to the reality on 3 points:-the ad indicates that the accommodation is located 3 minutes from the beach, which is false the accommodation is at its fastest 15 minutes from the beach by car-the accommodation is not an individual house but an apartment with common areas with the other tenants (including a common corridor)- lack of sound and light insulation: we could hear the neighbors from our room talking loudly until more than midnight as if they were in the same room as us. all the doors were glazed (including entrance door). the neighbors moving at night until after midnight, the common corridor lit up and illuminated the 2 bedrooms as in broad daylight. inability to ventilate the children’s room which had 3 windows: 1 overlooking the common hallway, 1 on the housing corridor and 1 on the garage. absence of light-tight curtains so from 7am, it is full day in the rooms- we will put an unfavorable opinion on this accommodation because the service is not up to par

Location fidèle aux photos. On a apprécié la vue sur la mer, le calme et le confort. On a un peu moins apprécié l’accès un peu difficile en raison des routes étroites et pentues. Dans l’ensemble notre séjour était très réussi ! Grand merci ! :)
