Beautiful, spacious house right on the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for our Ladies long weekend getaway! Pretty much had the beach to ourselves! Highly recommend!

Great extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and had everything that you would need for your stay. We had a family gathering of 8 and had lots of room. We enjoyed the beach which were steps away from the back door. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table in the garage. The house was very comfortable. Overall great experience. Would consider it again for future. Highly recommend.

Anniversary

We gathered our family together for our anniversary and we had a wonderful time! Cloud Nine is a beautiful residence! Plenty of sleeping space, very spacious deck and wonderful views of the ocean. Super easy beach access and we really appreciated the outdoor showers. Just a couple of annoyances: The online description and pictures are different from one website to another but the VRBO pictures are correct. The toilet paper holders need to be changed as they are rusted and they fall over.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Was a little disappointed that the ping pong table was located in the garage because it was very hot out there in the afternoons all week so kids didnt play much. Easy beach access, esp for the grandparents! Thank you so much for having us. Will consider renting from you again!

The Beach!

This is a neat place! You walk right out onto your own beach! There are plenty of good places to eat close by and just enjoy the area. But in the end you wake up to the morning sun and the waves crashing on the shore. Priceless!!!

Kitchen apliances insuficient, disorganized. Only one champaing glass, irregular kinds and sizes of glasses and utensilies. No table linen. Lack of kitchen trays.One bathrom tap in master bedroom doesn't work.Rest was fine. Thanks!

Ponte Vedra Home

A beautiful home on what felt like our own secluded beach. Plenty of space to relax and play games with friends. Comfortable beds. The home had extras like beach chairs, games and books to read.

Can’t Beat the Location

Very quiet area with beautiful view and beach. Some minor issues (smelly fridge, handles missing/loose faucets) but overall very nice place. Would return and recommend in future.

Would love to live here!

House is lovely, beach at the bottom of the steps, not far from St. Augustine. Our family was happy here. Only downside was very loud construction equipment next door. Upstairs sleeps 6 very comfortably, triple bunk beds downstairs a tight squeeze for adults.

We had a great time

This would easily be a five star if it weren't for some maintenance issues at the home, such as poorly and incorrectly installed fixtures, a busted microwave, a couple open junction boxes, and some outlets that were improperly installed and pulling out of their junction box. The old stairs leading in to the new deck required caution. Also, there was no shower or hose in the back (only on the side of the house). All of these things are minor annoyances and we (11 of us) had a great time. The location on the beach is amazing. Just like the description said, it is effectively a private beach. The house was staged beautifully, and was clean and inviting. Having two sets of washers/dryers was awesome and the kids loved staying in the game room. We could not locate the ping pong paddles, but there were plenty of other things to do. Great trip!

Fantastic relaxing stay!

We loved the home and quiet, laid back beach that we almost had to ourselves the week we were there. Tons to do at the house and the deck was awesome! Walking down to the beach didn’t even require shoes and was so convenient! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful location - RIGHT on the beach!

We had a fabulous stay at Ponte Vedra Beach! The beach was right out the front door and sitting in the living room felt like being on the beach. The house was a perfect layout for 3 families with kids. Adults bedrooms, kitchen, living space upstairs and kid bedrooms and a big play area downstairs. Dave at the rental company was super responsive and pleasant to work with. We will definitely return!!
