Awesome Beachfront Location

House was excellent with a beautiful view of the Ocean and short drive to St. Augustine Restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely book again.

Great House, Great Location

We had an amazing week for a small family reunion in this home. The natural light, direct access to the ocean, views, quiet neighborhood, and configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms along with outdoor living areas was wonderful. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future based on the home/location. The only negatives and why I could not give this experience five stars was with the poor communication between ourselves and the host, Portoro Homes. It started when we noticed a $233 overage in our total expenses paid before we arrived. I had been trying for literally 2 1/2 weeks to get a explanation from the management company on why the original cost of the home did not reflect that difference on the Vrbo website the day we reserved and paid the initial deposit. Still I am not convinced things were handled correctly, But it was paid and we did enjoy our stay. The one and only negative thing about this particular home again had to do with the management company and lack of follow-up. On day of arrival we immediately noticed the ground floor bathroom toilet seemed to be backed up. We immediately contacted Portoro Homes for maintenance assistance. After two attempts to contact via phone and online messaging I did receive a call that someone would be coming out. About two days later, the problem was finally fixed, but I never received another phone call from the management company to see if we were taken care of. A fan of the home not the host for lack of care
