“Room was lovely and warm. Great shower, excellent choice of TV channels, room service was a bonus and delicious and the breakfast was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful and historic, the grounds are kept beautifully too. A great stay and would definitely stay again. Fabulous price as well!”

“The staff were fantastic. So welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The decor is a little worn, but all tasteful and clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the breakfast was freahly cooked and delicious. ”

“Great hotel all round. Lovely reception staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Great showers. Had a great night's sleep.
The bar staff and the staff who run the breakfast are also really helpful and nice.
Would definitely stay here again.”

“All the staff were amazing, great service throughout. Place very clean and tidy. Bedroom very large with bath and seperate walk in shower in bathroom. Highly recommend and will definately stay again. ”

“Staff were impeccable. Food excellent.
Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. ”
