“Wonderful experience. Clean rooms and friendly staff ”

“No freezer in the fridge, no night light in the bathroom, bedding is either a sheet only or a very heavy comforter, nothing in between, night stand gone and only a teeny tiny shelf with no drawer next to the bed--no room for phone or drink or glasses, anemic shower with most of the water coming out of the faucet and sitting in the tub instead of draining. Very poor lighting.”

“I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache.”

“Didn’t get to use pool. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay”

“The breakfast menu was very good except for one item...the choices of cereal. Two of the 3 were full of sugar! Like lucky charms, etc. Usually there is raisin bran, corn flakes and something like the cheerios. Very disappointed since I like cereal in the morning. These sugary cereals are unhealthy especially for kids. ”

“The room was very clean. The shower was wonderful. Great pressure.”

“The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold. ”

“The staff service was excellent, but the room was bad and extremely noisy at night; I barely slept a wink.”

“Great property next to I 295 and close to restaurants. Costco is within walking distance as well. The personnel is very friendly and always looking to help.”
