“Yes the hotel is a little older and you can see where they’ve recaulked and painted over spots in the bathroom… otherwise it was good!! Beds were comfy and clean, breakfast was good and had lots of options, staff were friendly and helpful, we even spent time at the pool and had a blast. We walked across the street to the beach easily and if you are going to a big event at the coliseum it’s about as far of a walk as a bad parking spot. Can’t beat it for the price! We will probably come back for……

“It was clean but the room needed more lighting in them”

“It is what it is. It’s filthy. It’s rundown. Outside is gross. Inside is gross. It’s right next to the all you can eat crab legs casino. So people still stay. I’ve been there five times but it’s too much now. Last time. Has went way downhill. Just not good at all. But it is what it is. Five stars anyway.”

“The staff was excellent but everything else was terrible. The room was in poor condition, there were no towels at the pool nor available to bathe with for my 2nd and 3rd day and housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. Very disappointing.”

“The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation.……

“Apologize, I did not get the young lady’s name that made us breakfast during my stay, but she was amazing! Super friendly and dedicated to her food being good quality as she was worried about her grits one morning lol (they were delicious by the way). She heard it was my birthday and let me choose the sausage for the following morning. Gaby at the front desk, and the housekeepers were all very friendly. The pool was super clean as well as the hot tub. This will be the place we stay again if we……
