"This was the first Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed in and I have to say they set the standards high for all others. "Close to the beach & Seawall Blvd. Close to downtown & the Strand. Close to UTMB. Essentially a brand new property. On the smaller side, but that’s a good thing. "
"Although the rooms are small, the beds are very luxurious and comfortable. The rooms are also nicely decorated and A/C works great and is quiet. The lobby is huge and BEAUTIFUL. The food, cocktails and wine available in the large lobby restaurant and gorgeous lobby bar are EXCELLENT. The hotel doesn’t have it’s own self parking (valet service is $35 a day) but a public parking garage across the street works fine and I believe costs $17 a day. There is also free parking on the streets next to the hotel. :)"

"Overall very good! Had to reset the water heater and the key pad wasn’t quite set-up when I had initially arrived. The owners were very quick and responsive though and both issues were resolved very quickly! Otherwise everything was fantastic! It’s a great place to stay"
