Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Facility pictures were deceiving.

The pictures displayed the unit and pool area to look spacious and very inviting. There was no cable. The rooms and furniture were very tiny, not as we expected. We could not get anyone but an answering service. We asked for a call back to see if we could move to a different property and was told no. My husband was so upset that we left and started driving to return home. We lost a lot of money. Huge lesson learned to not trust pictures or vacasa.
