Dolphins, manatees, sea otters, and more could swim right up to your DOCK - where you can fish, or, take your boat to the wide basin and out to the Harbor from the 10,000 lb BOAT LIFT! Inside, , custom closets and pantries, stunning caracata quartz in the kitchen, and solid wood soft close cabinets and drawers. The kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances, custom built pantry,. The master suite is spa-like and spacious with slider doors to the lanai, dual sinks, walk-in shower, and 2 built walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a custom closet The second guest bedroom also features a custom closet and access to the second bathroom - 2 car, attached garage features an abundance of raised, built in shelving for storage

everything was great, salt water pool was awesome, house is well furnished with top quality kitchenware, beds are very comfortable, furniture is top line. Could use garage door opener, but everything else was great. We will be back again next year, thank you Yan! from the Palmers

Port Charlotte Excellence

Awesome, beautiful, clean, delightful, excellent, fantastic, ok I’ll stop with the alphabetic descriptors. This rental was more than we had hoped for. Vrbo had let us down with taking a previous rental away from us. We had invited 3other couples to join us for each of the first three weeks in Feb. 22. They had already booked their flights when our previous host and Vrbo dropped the bomb 6 months after we had paid all our money up front, that our rental had been cancelled. This house came up on our replacement search in late October, (with no help from VRBO). Story end happily… Yan, the property owner, was fantastic and his home was impeccable. Clean efficient, I could go on forever. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay, the kitchen, the pool, the location was great. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Don’t delay, book your stay! You will not be disappointed.

Girls Golf Trip

This property was perfect for our girls golf trip. Convenient to everything. Very clean! Full kitchen, well-stocked. Three bedrooms, including large master, with two full bathrooms. Nice pool (although we couldn't use it because the weather was relatively cool), and very nice patio with a table and 6 chairs, plus lounge chairs, all overlooking channel. We felt safe and secure at this location as well. The owner was very responsive to our questions re: where to eat, etc. Highly recommend this property.

House is lovely

Myself and 2 friends stayed and had a great time. House is exactly as stated and very clean. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Quick to Punta Gorda. Enjoyed Fisherman's Village, Peace River Botanical Garden, and more. Yan was responsive to questions during our stay. We enjoyed time around the warm, heated pool.

Nice place, close to all

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is as described! Nice lay out and space for family or couples staying together. The master bedroom is spacey with king bed and en suite bathroom. The other 2 rooms with queen beds are at the opposite end of the home and share a bathroom. The home is close to stores and shops in both Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. The pool was heated and used our entire trip. it was great having laundry onsite with laundry detergent supplied. Other supplies were also provided which was great (dishwasher detergent, extra garbarge bags, paper towels, etc) as some homes just give you a starter set of supplies. We had a few questions upon arrival and Yan was quick to respond! The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots/pans. My suggestions for the comfort of future guests would be to stock a few more items in the kitchen (baking items, can opener, measuring cups, dish towels), to stock some pool towels and to have regular pillows on each bed vs just having pillows with the shams. I would recommend this home and would stay again!
