“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“We stayed in this lovely cabin with our 7 year old daughter and a dog for a two nights.All of us absolutely enjoyed every moment spent there.The cabin is located in secure garden.Gives perfect privacy to the owners and guests. It's very cosy,clean,peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature,in fantastic location,close enough to all local turists spots (Tintagel,Boscastle,Bude etc.) I would give it a 20 stars if I could 😁. Highly recomend this cabin and whole family would like to return again……

“A perfect property for two persons wanting to relax in a peaceful environment with plenty of local walking options, and a great view of the river from the breakfast area and outdoor terrace. You can waste hours just sitting and watching the ebb and flow of the tide! Great food at the local pub which is about 30 seconds walk away!”

“Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. The lady in the farm house was very friendly and offered any assistance should we need it. The dog exercise field was great for……

“A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends……

“The best word to describe Sea Point is ‘spectacular’ - whether it be the location, the house design, the facilities and services, the furniture, or the overall ambiance. Three generations of the same family, six adults and four children, spent a fabulous week in the house in June, with the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, games room and private access to the beach providing infinite entertainment for the younger members. Every need has been anticipated within the house, while external suppliers are on hand……

“Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay.”

“Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. A fly swat would be useful though - especially for a quiet undisturbed sleep at night. All linen, bathroom and utensils absolutely spotless though. Owners were……
