「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「We were all pretty impressed with the condo. It was clean and spacious. I really liked that each room had its own bathroom. The view is great. The only negatives were some noise and the coffee/creamer or lack thereof. The neighbor's upstairs (maybe kids?) over the bedroom facing out to the water were a bit noisy late into the night. 「Everything about the property was excellent」

「The huge negative is that the pool and gym which are advertised as a part of our reservation was actually false. We were turned away after multiple attempts. The customer service person first told us that our passes were at the front desk which was false and then changed the story to say they were not included. 「Me and my pet enjoyed our quiet stay here. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. I'd absolutely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed the stay, especially the view of the puget sound from the back patio.」

「Our stay was good except! Yhey scheduled painting when we were there and painters were literally on our balcony and hanging right in front of our unit looking in and taping windows closed so we couldn’t even open them. Incredibly unprofessional and not caring. They did apologize while we were there, but they even didn’t reply to the complaint after we left. Unbelievable! This is grounds for reimbursement for at least the day they were painting. But nope, just ignored us.」
