"The room was very nice and clean the staff friendly. The only issue was the restaurant Teatro was hit or miss. Food was fine, sometimes only warm, but service was sporadic. Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that."

"Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Chania. Had everything we needed. The owner even stocked some groceries essentials for us which was a very nice touch. And he was there for any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views "

"This is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad. And the swimming pool is nice and was never too busy. It also has a kids pool. I stayed here for 4 days with my 14 year old son. We travelled over from Ireland. It's maybe a 25/30 minute walk into the town centre, but there is a bus stop just across the road and slightly up a bit. Literally about a 30 second walk, (just remember to get off the bus in the town centre as the bus doesn't stop there, it continuously loops, best to put it in your Google maps where you want to get off). There is also a super market about 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's very reasonably priced."
